How does online personal training work?

We'll start off my doing an initial consultation to determine your overall goals. Before I design your training program, we'll also conduct an initial evaluation to see where you're currently at. After that, I'll develop a training program for you, based on your goals and your fitness level, and it will be available to you on the Trainerize app. You'll also have access to demo videos if you're unsure about a particular exercise. You'll check in with me weekly, using photos, body measurements, and other data, and we'll adjust your program and/or goals along the way if need be. Simple and super convenient for you!

Do you offer in-person training sessions?

No, but you don't need me there anyway. I will give you everything you need so you can feel confident and be successful on your own.

How is this different than other online programs?

This is not a one size fits all program. After your consultation and evaluation, I will work with you to build a personalized workout program just for you - to fit your lifestyle and geared towards reaching your goals.

How are you different from other online coaches?

This is an easy one. There's no other me on the planet! But in all seriousness, I have trained with different teams and coaches and have experienced things I've loved and hated. I'm here to fill in the gaps where my past coaches failed, to ensure you have a stellar training experience and get everything you need to be successful.

Do you guarantee results?

I guarantee I'm going to give you everything I have in order to help you be successful. Here's a little tough love early on; when it comes to fitness, your results are a direct result of your effort. Trust me, I know.

why do you only offer 13- or 26- week programs?

Results take time. 13-weeks is the perfect amount of time for you to determine whether I am the right coach for you while giving you enough time to see results. The 26-week program is intended for clients who want to work on long-term goals without feeling trapped in a long-term commitment.

Isn't it kind of pricey?

Not at all. The average hourly rate for a personal trainer is $50-60 and that may or may not include a complete training program outside of the one-on-one time you spend with the trainer. I provide you with a comprehensive training program, access to training videos, and access to me should you have any questions, need feedback, motivation, etc. It's actually a really great deal.

Can I get a refund?

We haven't even started yet and you're wanting to know what happens if you quit? You came here to start something, so you really shouldn't need one but if you must know, there are no refunds on any of the online personal training programs.
